Hungary at the International Exhibition in Paris, 1900. Fine arts, applied arts, historical and educational groups. Publisher: Viktor Hornyánszky cs. And who. Hi. His book printing house. With Art Nouveau decorations, extremely richly illustrated material, full-page contemporary images. Size: 36x29 cm.

The 81-page publication has four chapters: Hungarian fine arts exhibition (József Diner-Dénes), Hungarian industrial arts exhibition (Kálmán Györgyi), Hungarian historical exhibition (Dr. Béla Czobor), Hungarian public education (Dr. Béla Erődi). With reproductions by István Csók, Vaszary, Tornay, Lotz, Münkacsy, Lotz, Ferenczy, Mednyánszky, Hollósy, Rippl-Rónai, Morelli. With the bas-relief sculptures of János Fadrusz and Strobl. Hauszmann with pictures of St. István's room, with its carved wooden furniture. About the exhibition portal of the Zsolnay factory and its eosin vases on display, as well as countless special Hungarian works that appeared at the world exhibition.

At the Paris World Exhibition of 1900, perhaps the best-known expo of all time, Hungarian painting was represented by 92 painters with 128 pictures, winning a flood of prizes. In addition to the painters, the sculptors also stood out, in addition to the grand prize of János Fadrusz, Alajos Stróbl and György Zala also received the highest honors, and they brought home countless gold, silver and bronze medals.

The publication was probably not sold commercially. With many uncut pages, complete, good condition, clean pages. The publisher's front and back covers and binding are separated, rebinding of the publication is recommended.

The publication is a rarity, it is not included in the catalog or auction records of the national Széchenyi library.
