Festő, grafikus. Tanulmányait a budapesti Képzőművészeti Főiskolán végezte. Mestere Glatz Oszkár volt. 1936-38 között Bécsben dolgozott. Sokoldalú művész, a festészet, a grafika mellett illusztrálással, plakát- és díszlettervezéssel, üvegmozaikkal is foglalkozott. 1963-65 között ismét Bécsben dolgozott. Egyéni kiállítást 1948-ban a Műcsarnokban, 1969-71-ben Csehszlovákiában, 1971-ben Ausztriában, 1974-ben Várpalotán, 1975-ben és 1976-ban Olaszországban, 1976-ban Finnországban rendezett.
