The package dispatch feature allows sellers to easily and conveniently handle package shipping directly from Galeria Savaria.
Which shipping option is available?
- Foxpost parcel locker
The first available option is the Foxpost parcel locker, offering a convenient and cost-effective solution for package shipping. We plan to expand the list with additional shipping options in the future.
Prices and Information
Tip: Check which shipping options you offer for delivering your items to the buyer and at what rates. If necessary, update the shipping rates to provide buyers with the most favorable prices. Using the shipping templates, you can easily modify the shipping options and update the rates on your products with just a few clicks.
How to use the package dispatch feature?
- Go to the My Sold Items page
- Click on the "Transaction Details" button next to the item
- On the Transaction Details page, go to the Package Dispatch option and select from the available shipping options.
- Follow the instructions provided on the selected shipping option's page.
Galeria Savaria automatically fills in the required data for package dispatch if the information is available, such as sender and recipient details.
Useful information:
- Package dispatch can be initiated within 45 days from the time of sale. After this period, the option to place an order will automatically expire.
- Galeria Savaria only assists with placing the order; the shipping is carried out by the selected carrier, which is responsible for the delivery process. Galeria Savaria does not take responsibility for any damage, delay, or other issues that may occur during shipping.
