The goblet has a classic Biedermeier style: a six-sided cut cup, a slender stem, and a wide, multi-tiered foot. Its surface is covered with rich, hand-painted gilded floral and vine decorations, reminiscent of the period's favorite motifs. The finely crafted, beveled surfaces reflect light beautifully, making the piece very striking in natural light and display cases.

Uranium glass production flourished in Central Europe, especially in Czech and Austrian glassworks, during the first half of the 19th century. Similar quality and condition pieces are now increasingly rare on the market.
