Important information before purchase

After purchasing (buying out) the item, please contact me within 3 days and settle the payment within 7 days (storage can be provided if needed, but the payment deadline remains 7 days). If not, I will relist the item and handle the sale according to Galéria Savaria rules.

Complaints are accepted only on the Galéria Savaria platform, where any defects, damages, and unique identifiers (e.g., clock mechanism number, porcelain seal) observed at delivery must be immediately verified with photos. Fragile items require fragile shipping; without this, neither the Post nor I am responsible for mechanical damages during transport. In case of issues, the product can be returned at the buyer's expense or personally brought back after consultation (travel and fuel costs are not reimbursed). I will review the item within 3 working days after physical receipt, and in case of valid complaint, I will refund the purchase price and the original postage fee immediately.

Shipping and Pickup Information

Shipping is only possible via Hungarian Post according to current postal rates; any other method must be agreed upon before purchase. Personal pickup is only available at a pre-arranged time and place.

• As a sole proprietor (EV), I issue an official invoice for each sale to individuals, which requires the buyer's name, address, and email. The invoice will always be sent via email.
