I cannot complete the transaction or my buyer wants to cancel the transaction. What should I do?

Before the purchase, users have the opportunity to discuss issues related to the item or the purchase through the safe messaging system of Galeria Savaria, so the buyer has probably acted with a well-considered intention.

The buyer is obliged to take over and the seller is obliged to hand over the item purchased. However, sometimes it may happen that the parties are unable to complete the transaction. In this case, the transaction must be rated as failed and the user leaving the feedback must explain why they have decided to withdraw from the transaction.

Although it is obvious, we strongly draw the attention of users to the fact that they shall buy or sell an item only if they can indeed complete the transaction. This is important as we log failed transactions, and if a user participates in a higher number of failed transactions than usual, their user status will be permanently restricted. The restriction does not allow creating any further accounts either.
