The incoming offer expired. What can I do then?

If no response is sent to an incoming offer within 48 hours, it becomes expired. You cannot reply to an expired offer, but for a period of 16 days, i.e. in 14 days after the expiry, the seller can send a counteroffer to the inquirers.

  1. Go to the My offers page
  2. In the “Answered offers” list, click on the “Counteroffer” button next to the offer

Remember that as a seller you can use this feature for 14 days once the offer has expired.

What’s more, as a seller you can send a message to those users who sent an offer to you earlier.

  1. Go to the My offers page
  2. In the list with “Answered offers”, click on the “More actions” button next to the offer
  3. After that choose “Contact user” option.

Remember, in the messaging system - for non-auction type listings - as a seller you can not only write messages, but also attach an offer to the customer. You can even create a bundle offer, meaning you can send a bundle of offers for several items at once.
