Who initiates the contact?

This always depends on the users participating in the transaction, although during an online purchase, it is usually the buyer who contacts the seller. If possible, please contact the seller in 24 hours, as the lack of communication might spark uncertainty in users, therefore, after the purchase, it is important for the parties of the transaction to get in touch within a short time.

Once the purchase is done through the system of Galeria Savaria, partners can find the necessary details to pay and ship the item on the “Transaction details” page. Here you can easily contact each other and start a so-called transactional conversation where any necessary information can be shared, including payment and shipping details of the purchased item.

If you find it necessary, you can ask for further contact details of the partner (e.g. email address, phone number) after the purchase. You can do this on the Purchased items page, by clicking on the More actions drop-down menu. However, we recommend that you discuss further details of the transaction after the purchase through the safe messaging system of Galeria Savaria. Thus you will not only find the transaction-related messages in one place but you can also ask for the assistance of our customer support if you meet any difficulties during the transaction
