Madeleine christine clavier was born in Saigon in 1913, of French parents, and lived her development there. She returned to France as a teenager and began to study painting. His work quickly developed into paintings of poems and songs - unique and harmonized with a unique painting technique.

In the 1970s, he exhibited widely in the United States in Connecticut and New York, in various galleries and cultural centers, and had several solo exhibitions - namely at the New York maison francais, New York University and Galerie Bernheim Jeune. in Paris.

He won a lot of recognition for his work, including a gold medal and a golden palm. In 1988, the prestigious art publisher, leopard d'or, produced an 88-page hardbook about his life and work - at that time he practically gave up painting. He died in 2015 at the age of 102.
