Wonderful bust a Dutch costume girl with a beautiful face and a windmill on the foundation, built around 1901, is the work of the artist named Simon.
Simon, Emmanuel Joseph Louis (1873-1932), Paris. The salon Des Artistes set out in 1904-1906 and in 1914. He designs many goldscheider models in the period of the Art Nouveau, alabaster, terracotta and bronze. In a good original condition, on the inside of the base, it is a trace of a thin strip of early professional restoration.
