Community guidelines

These are the rules that apply to all users. These rules were created to protect our users and to ensure that Galeria Savaria can be a safe and efficient marketplace.

As the user of our online marketplace, you are required to:

• Be polite
• Do not make a deal by circumventing Galeria Savaria
• Do not hinder the operation of our online marketplace
• Respect the personal information of other users and do not share them on public platforms

Rules for personal identification

As a user of Galeria Savaria:

• you must be at least 18 years old
• you must not create or use a fake identity
• you must enter up-to-date, complete and real personal data and a valid email address

In case of an issue with a seller or a buyer, we may consider the “past record” of the user and their activities performed on our website, which may ultimately affect our decision concerning the banning or restrictive actions applied to their account. For example, it may be indicative if the members of our community have previously reported a number of problematic issues in relation to a given user.

We avoid double standards. Our decision is not affected by the number of successful transactions the customer has conducted at our online marketplace. If you severely violate our rules, your user account will be restricted in the same way as any other account at our marketplace would be restricted for the same violation.

We reserve the right to make the best decision to solve a problematic case at our own discretion, based on our experience and taking into account the interests of our community.
