Conducting a transaction and message exchange guidelines

We do not allow our users to use Galeria Savaria to contact each other, and then buy or sell the item outside our online marketplace. Furthermore, buyers must not use the information acquired at Galeria Savaria to conduct the transaction on another forum.

If a buyer wants to purchase more items from a seller then all items need to be purchased on Galeria Savaria.

If you - either as a seller or buyer - get an offer to buy or sell an item outside Galeria Savaria, please report the case to our customer support.

There is an algorithm in our system that monitors user activity suggesting an attempt to avoid commission payment, and we also perform control by moderators.

Please make sure that you follow the guidelines outlined here. The violation of these rules may result in a permanent ban, which does not allow further registrations either.

The following is forbidden for the users of our online marketplace:

  • to buy or sell an item outside our online marketplace by using the information obtained at Galeria Savaria
  • to delete the item and sell it to the buyer who found it at Galeria Savaria
  • to provide contact details to each other in order to do business outside Galeria Savaria
  • to purchase a cheaper item only to get in touch with each other

We have created a fast and convenient Message Center through which users can easily communicate with each other. Read our Messaging guidelines.

How do I see whether the purchase was made according to the rules?

You can easily find out whether the item was sold or purchased according to the rules:

  1. Click on My Gallery
  2. Check whether the item is indicated as available on the Sold items page, or if you are the buyer, on the Purchased items page

If the item does not appear on the My Gallery page, the transaction was not made at Galeria Savaria.
