Messaging guidelines

The Message Center is a tool that lets you send private messages to members of the community. Just like an email that you can use for Galeria Savaria.

Customers can ask the seller about the item, or without providing details, they can discuss how the payment and shipping of the item will take place in case of purchase.

After the purchase, here on Galeria Savaria - via a transactional conversation - partners can discuss without limitation the details necessary to complete the transaction. Such details might be: pickup location, postal address and data necessary for the payment.

Galeria Savaria recommends that users should discuss the details of payment and shipping of the item purchased in the Message Center.
