Users of Galeria Savaria must provide accurate, complete, and real personal data. Users of our online marketplace shall comply with the following guidelines:

Allowed:

• the user shall provide their exact and true personal data
• if any of the user’s data changes, the user shall make the change on the user account as well. You can modify the data on the account settings page.
• the user can only enter a mobile phone number as the phone number

It is not allowed to:

• provide misleading or incomplete data
• fail to indicate a personal name in case of a business account
• provide an invalid phone number
• indicate a mailbox or an address remaining at the post
• provide registration data containing obscene, vulgar, or offensive expressions
• provide a username that doesn’t comply with the Username Policy

If the user has provided incomplete, improper, or possibly fake data, we may subject the user account to temporary restriction and ask the user to change the data provided or, where appropriate, attach a document certifying their identity.

Why does Galeria Savaria apply this guideline?

In our online marketplace, users can do business with each other, so it is important to have real people behind the user accounts.

If you enter incorrect data, it will make it difficult for the seller or customer to contact you.

In addition to this, an account with false information may create suspicion and suggests that the user attempts to harm a user or our online marketplace by concealing their real identity.
