Mary Golay (1869-1944) is a British artist who is a prominent figure in French art nouveau. Famous for paintings and colorful lithographs.
This piece dates back to 1899 with "maiden with flowers"
A series of four portraits originally originated. I offer a female portrait for sale with gold backgrounds and flowers. Colored lithography. Unfortunately, the signature part was cut off, while someone could cut it in the meantime, but on the back there is a French seal on the back. Its originality is not disputed!
In museum framing, the reverse side shows the stamped section. Non-reflex glazing, gold frame.
