Tamás Menyhárt was born in Győr on April 1, 1966. Between 1986 and 1996, he attended the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts and obtained a teaching degree in graphic arts. 1992-1995-Ig received a master's degree at the art school. 1996-1998 Statens kunstakademin, Oslo, graduated from postgraduate course.
1992 M.A.O.E., F.K.S., F.Ü.M.O.Sz. Member, 1997 honorary member of the Norwegian art association "strikiana". 1998-2006 Went on study trips. Active artist from the beginning of the eighties: Győr, short films, one of the founding members of the tekősbika performance band. Awards: Béla Kondor Memorial Medal, Ludwig Scholarship, Barcsay Grand Prize.
