1926 - †2003 He was a student of István Szőnyi at the College of Fine Arts. He began his career as a painter, then worked as a graphic designer since 1955. He has been in the public eye since the early sixties.
He exhibited in the Dürer Hall in 1964 and 1967, in Szeged in 1964, in Bulgaria in 1965, in Italy in 1967, and in the Derkovits Hall in 1969. He participated in several European capitals, as well as at the Brno and Sao Paulo Graphic Biennales and the 1960 Venice Biennale.
His brilliantly technical pages (oil graphics) and book illustrations are very popular. In America, where he found a second home for a decade, he is an admired, well-paid fashion artist. Upon returning home, he founded a studio under the name of the Hollóház porcelain factory, and produced painted bowls, plates, vases, and murals with fantastic productivity. He used restrainedly beautiful imaginary figures playing in opal gray and wildly rampant oriental motifs.
In March 1983, a large-scale exhibition was held in the Vigadó Gallery.
After his death, the art studio gallery organized the artist's collection exhibition for the first time.
