Jenő Remsey (Nagykőrös, 1885 - 1980, Gödöllő) studied in Budapest, Vienna and Munich, and then became a member of the Gödöllő artist colony working in the spirit of Art Nouveau. He created decorative pictures and carpet designs. He was a member of the art association called kéve, and was a founding member of the association of spiritual artists founded in 1924. He went on study trips to Vienna and Munich, and then at home he joined the artists' colony in Gödöllő. He took part in group exhibitions in 1924 and 1944 in the National Salon, in 1935 and 1964 in the Ernst Museum and in 1947 in the Salmássy Gallery.
