Festő. A fővárosi Mintarajziskolában kezdte művészeti tanulmányait, majd a budapesti Képzőművészeti Főiskolán Ferenczy Károly korrigálta. 1903-04-ben Firenzében járt tanulmányúton. 1905-től állította ki budapesti tárlatokon a naturalista modorban festett figurális és tájképeit. 1921-ben gyűjteményes kiállítást rendezett a Műcsarnokban, 1961-ben Kispesten nyílt emléktárlata. A Magyar Nemzeti Galéria őriz munkáiból.
