Balogh László erdélyi magyar szobrász 1909-ben Nagyváradon született.
A székely fiú a román hadseregben mint pilóta újonc szolgált . majd átmenekült Magyarországra. Szülei a megszállt területen maradtak. Gyerekkorától szobrász szeretett volna lenni.
A szobor szép állapotú, alján apróbb lepattanások, nem befolyásolják a látványt.
