Gothic statue,female saint about 1516!! It was made in Austria.(around Graz) Its oak, was not painted.
It was probably part of a church furniture. The statue was conservated. The base is new, painted lime tree. Original piece,tested in the laboratory !!!
Sotheby's experts say it is a late Gothic Prerenaissance style. The date of the scientific study is the same as the date they have been awarded.
Its height is 62 cm.
