A csehszlovák üveggyártás egy ikonikus darabja "Panelák" váza). Formába öntött, vastagfalú kristályüveg. Tervezője: J. Zejmon a 60-as évek végén. A vázforma építészeti morfológiát követ, mintha téglasorokból készítették volna. Gyártó Sklo Union üveggyár Teplice). Méretei: 22 x 9,1 x 9,1 cm, azaz a nagyobb méretű váza. Csak az alján, a talpperemen finom használati kopásokkal. Súlyos műtárgy. Ritkán elérhető, értékálló darab. Postázása egyeztetést igényel.
