Old Buddhist textile image under glass in a modern pine frame
Size: - 70 cm x 50 cm
Vajrapani is one of the earliest Bodhisattvas in Tibetan Mahayana Buddhism. He symbolizes the strength and power of the Buddhas. Usually blue in color, a frightening manifestation standing in flames. In his right hand he holds a diamond scepter as a symbol of his awareness, his left hand is in a demon-defeating stance, and sometimes he holds a lasso. She wears a tiger skin skirt and bone jewelry. His mantra is om vajrapani hung or om benza pani hung, and its short form is om vajra hum. Repeating his mantra helps us connect with his immeasurable energy.
Personal collection is occasionally possible at bp in the city center.
