My offer has expired. What can I do then?

The offer will be valid for 48 hours, after which it will expire, but as a customer you can resend your offer at any time.

The seller cannot reply to an expired offer, but for a period of 16 days after the receipt of the offer, meaning within 14 days after the expiry, the seller can send a counteroffer to you via My Offers page.

In addition, the seller can contact the customer at any time via the messaging system. Here, you the seller can not only write a message, but also send an offer using the message system's Attach offer function.

If the seller does not respond to your offer, do not let that discourage you. We recommend that you read the reviews written about the user and check whether they have listed a new item recently and check the date of last login on the user’s profile page.
