I would like to use Galeria Savaria with a prepaid balance, is it possible?
Galeria Savaria also provides balance refill to users with an item for sale, thus ensuring the opportunity for the seller to flexibly manage payment of the fees. The user can refill their balance at any time, at their own discretion.
Balance refill can only take place by using the payment options provided; currently by a payment by credit card or PayPal. As Galeria Savaria does not maintain a unique bank account number, unfortunately, it is not possible to refill the balance by means of bank transfer.
Refill your balance:
- Click on Finances, then select the balance refill button.
- Select the amount you want to refill then click on Save.
- Select from the payment options, then enter the required information.
If the user has a positive balance, Galeria Savaria will deduct the price of paid services from the balance of the user. If the item charged exceeds the amount on the balance, Galeria Savaria will issue an invoice on the remaining sum.
