Buyer’s guidelines

To ensure that users can do business with each other at Galeria Savaria with trust, we ask the sellers who want to sell on our online marketplace to follow specific guidelines. Learn more about the guidelines for sellers.

If you have a question in connection with an item, you can send a message to the seller via the Message Center. You can write feedback on the item purchased at Galeria Savaria, which can also be used to rate the performance of the seller. If you encounter a problem during a transaction, and you cannot resolve the case with the seller, you can ask for the help of our customer support.

In the guidelines for buyers, we have set the points that allow our online marketplace to operate efficiently and safely.

General rules

• You cannot use Galeria Savaria with incorrect and incomplete data
• Carefully read the item’s page, including the information on shipping and payment, and view the attached item images before purchasing. Most problems occurring during shopping arise from a misunderstanding between the seller and the buyer. If you are uncertain, you can ask the seller before purchasing.
  Make a purchase only if you accept the conditions of the seller.
• You must not ask the seller to do business outside the marketplace of Galeria Savaria.

Rules about transactions

• You must only purchase or bid if you really want to buy the item
• You must not set unacceptable and unreasonable conditions for the seller.
  When you buy an item, you agree that the seller will hand over the item in accordance with the description and the information provided.
  We understand that there may be special cases and circumstances that force you to contact the seller with a reasonable request.
  However, you cannot make unreasonable and unacceptable requests and conditions, and we do not allow to threaten the seller with negative, neutral or failed feedback.
• At Galeria Savaria, we place great emphasis on protecting not only our buyers, but also our sellers. Sellers can use the buyer requirements to determine at their discretion who they wish to do business with and what conditions buyers must meet in order to be allowed to buy.
  

For example, the following is not allowed:

• Asking the seller to accept shipping or payment terms that have not been marked in the listing
• Setting conditions that are not included in the listing
• Giving untruthful review
  The rating system is a useful tool that allows you to share your opinion about the transaction. We ask our users to publish reviews that are realistic and useful to the community of Galeria Savaria.

It is not allowed to:

• Submit feedback that contains vulgar, obscene, or offensive language
• Threaten the user with negative, neutral or failed feedback or write such feedback because the seller failed to fulfill a request that was not originally offered in the listing
• Give unfavorable feedback to take revenge. If you have received unfair feedback, please report it to our customer support
• Give negative, neutral or failed feedback to deliberately undermine the given seller’s feedback scores
  If you think that a user has committed a violation, please report it to our customer support
• Give unfavorable feedback to the user while it was the other user who caused the transaction to be unsuccessful.
