As a seller, you can easily set that you wish to do business with verified buyers only. A verified buyer has completed the security registration, i.e. has a confirmed phone number. In this case, the buyer is asked to complete the whole (security) registration in order to be able to purchase the item.

1. Click on Settings
2. Select the Seller Options tab.
3. Click on the Buyer requirements option.
4. Check the checkbox at the Verified buyers option.
5. Click on the Save button

Our rating system allows us to monitor buyers who have failed to complete transactions. On the basis of this indicator, you can prohibit purchases for users who have not taken over items in a quantity higher than what you determine, over the past 6 months, from different sellers.

4. Check the checkbox at the Restriction by unpaid items option
5. In the drop-down list, set the maximum number of unpaid items over which you do not allow purchases.
6. Click on the Save button

Our security system automatically restricts the account of buyers who have repeatedly violated our policies and rules. With the above option, you can further narrow down users who haven’t reached the system’s threshold for the account restriction.

You can set that a new buyer can only purchase from you if their positive feedback rate reaches a certain amount. Learn more about this option

5. In the drop-down list, set the number of positive reviews a user should have to meet the requirement
