How can I cancel my bid?

If you have the winning bid, but for some reason you changed your mind or you bid by mistake, in some cases you have the option to send a bid cancellation request to the seller.

It is important that cancelling a bid can significantly affect the result of the auction, therefore the seller is not obliged to accept the cancellation request.

How can I request the cancellation of my bid?

1. Go to My Gallery My Bids page.
2. Find the bid you want to cancel, click on the More options drop-down menu.
3. Select the Cancel bid option.

Useful information:

• By canceling the bid, the previous bid - if there was one - will be the winning bid.
• A bid cannot be canceled 24 hours before the end of the auction.
• If the cancellation affects an automatic bid too, it can significantly affect the result of the auction, therefore, in such a case a bid cancellation request cannot be sent.
