I have already paid my invoice, but it is still indicated as unpaid

Depending on the payment option you chose to pay the invoice, the lead time of the payment may vary.

Payment by credit card: the amount is processed at the time of successful payment.
PayPal: the amount is processed at the time of successful payment.
Bank transfer: on working days, the amount will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after the payment.

Please note that we do not support payment by postal orders and cash payment in the bank. The identification of the payment made this way is not possible for technical reasons, as for the incoming amount, we do not receive information that would allow the identification of the payer.

If you have already paid the invoice issued by Galeria Savaria, and the amount still has not been processed for a long time, please contact us and send us the information related to the payment so we can check the issue.
