One map of Armand Frans Karel Maclot Belgian painter

From a collection, a beautiful landscape with a maclot is sold at a casual price. The full name of the Belgian painter is armand frans karel maclot who was born in Antwerp in 1877 and died in 1959 in Genk. At the beginning of the 1900's, an oil painting made of canvas was made of tropical wood with a new frame in its proper condition. The size of the picture is 40 x 80 cm, frame 48 x 88 cm. At sunset, it is a beautiful piece of paintings with vibrant colors representing a seaside landscape and boat. Unfortunately, the photographs are far from giving back the beauty of the original painting. Even though they are still a very nice picture, but in a live view it is a beautiful painting. In the lower right corner of the picture you can see a maclot signature, as well as armand karel maclot signature on the back of the frame, but there is no proof of the originality of the image. The picture shows a very small injury which is almost unnoticeable. This is shown in the bottom half of Figure 6 in the middle.

Because of the size of the picture, I suggest personal receipt. If the buyer insists on it, I will send it, but there is no guarantee of the size of the item that the shipment arrives without damage!
