Biography of the Szentgyörgy Age (1916-2006):

Painter, graphic artist. He graduated from the College of Fine Arts in 1941, his masters were Bartholomew Karlovszky, István Szőnyi and Agent Benkhard. He then went on to be a scholar in Rome for two years. Since 1938 he has been participating in exhibitions, his individual exhibitions (gallant gallery, Pécs, Miskolc, Rome, Zurich, Vienna) and his group appearances (Ernst Museum, Hungarian National Gallery, Art Hall, Székesfehérvár). A versatile artist, he creates monumental works and glass windows in addition to graphics, landscapes and still lifes. His works can be found in the Hungarian National Gallery, the Petőfi Literary Museum and in Szolnok. I
