Nagy hozzáértéssel megfestett akvarell őszi tájról, az előtérben vízparttal, a távolban egy kéménnyel. Alkotója ellátta kézjegyével - M.B. -, ennek alapján azonban nem sikerül azonosítani. A nagy valószínűséggel a 20. század első felében készült festményt annak idején kartonra kasírozták, egy későbbi keretezésnél pedig új, mogyoró színű paszpartut kapott. Azonnal keretbe illeszthető állapotú.
