Kapásné Káplár Éva idén július 31-én hunyt el. A Magyar Képzőművészeti Főiskolán
1961-ben végzett Bernáth Aurél tanítványaként. Később a Bernáth Társaság meghatározó alakja volt. Számos középiskolában tanított rajzot és művészettörténetet. Az egykori Nagymarosi Művésztelep aktív tagja volt. Festészete természetelvű, aktokat, tájképeket, arcképeket festett.
