Papp Oszkár (1925-2011) festő, grafikus, zománcművész. Tanulmányait Örkényi Strasszer István magániskolájában kezdte 1942-44 között, mestere Bernáth Aurél volt. Később a budapesti Képzőművészeti Főiskolán folytatta tanulmányait. Mesterei Szőnyi István és Bencze László Bernáth Aurél voltak. 1946 óta kiállító művész. Több egyéni tárlata is volt, Magyarországon, de New York-ban is állították ki műveit.
