Kabul Adilov was born in 1959 in Tashkent (Uzbekistan). In 1985, he completed his art studies at the Repin University of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture in Saint Petersburg.
He settled in Hungary in 1987. Despite his young age, he is one of the most colorful individuals of Hungarian contemporary art. The mysterious charm and rich historical and cultural heritage of his homeland provided a good breeding ground for his talent. In his landscapes, the ancient experience and the modern world view are combined. Myth and poetry meet in his works. His inspired painting is nourished by the vision of the inherent, intimate unity of man and nature.
His creations can be found on three continents of the world. He has exhibited in galleries in Japan, India, South Korea and Spain. He had a more important solo exhibition in Munich and from 1991 continuously at the Ross Gallery in London.
