From 1962 to 1994, he lived in Hódmezővásárhely, and from 1994 in Szentendre. He comes from an artistic family, his parents were ceramic artists. He chose the graphic arts career due to family motivation. He has been painting professionally since 1984. Member of the national association of Hungarian creative artists.
He creates his oil paintings with a brush and other graphic tools, always with newer and newer processes, which he partly and mostly invents himself and further develops. These techniques have nothing to do with spray paint tools or photo or computer generated surfaces. He paints all his pictures by hand. During his art school, he had many famous masters who taught him the secrets of the profession, but nature was one of his great teachers for the development of his individual voice. Therefore, as a beginner artist, among his favorite subjects were fantasy flowers, fish, birds, and various organic compositions, which could even be new forms of evolution. A few years ago, his interest turned to the portrayal of people. Following the traditions of the Renaissance painters, he creates a specific modernized pictorial world. He deliberately distances himself from fashion trends and styles. His meticulous and precise picture elaborations are not typical of today's modern painting, although according to his own judgment he never claimed to be a painter. Since 2015, he has stopped making oil paintings. He makes his latest pictures with graphite. The subject is still the route he started in his painting.
Since 2006, he has been a member of the Szentendre icon group fine arts association. In 2008, he was elected as a member of the management board.
Since 2012, he and his wife, Zsuzsa Bozsó, have been running a free drawing and graphics school in Szentendre.
