Andor festőművész vezetésével kezdte meg, majd a Magyar Képzőművészeti Főiskolán tanult, mesterei: Rudnay Gyula és Csók István. 1924 óta állított ki rendszeresen hazai tárlatokon, a Műcsarnokban (1938), a Nemzeti Szalonban két ízben és az Ernst Múzeumban. Posztimpresszionista stílusban dolgozó tájképfestő.
