FONTOS SÁNDOR SZEGED, 1920 - 1991, SZEGED
Festő. 1951-55-ig a szegedi tanárképző főiskola növendéke volt. Mestere: Vinkler László. 1976-ban megkapta a Csongrád Megyei Tanács alkotói díját, 1980-ban a Munka Érdemrend Arany Fokozatát. Előbb Üllésen, majd 1969-től Szegeden dolgozott rajzpedagógusként. 1952-től állított ki, kiállításai voltak a szegedi Gulácsy Teremben, a hódmezővásárhelyi Tornyai Múzeumban, Budapesten a Mednyánszky Teremben és a Magyar Nemzeti Galériában.
