A festmény egy helyen szakadt, több helyen kopott, ezeket a hibákat lefotóztam. Az árat ennek megfelelően kalkuláltam ki.
Basch Gyula festő fia. A Mintarajziskolában és a párizsi Julian
akadémián folytatott tanulmányokat. 1910-től rendszeresen kiállított, a
húszas években a Szinyei Társaság és a KUT tagjaként szerepelt a
nyilvánosság előtt. A világháborúban hadifestő volt. 1925-1931 között
Franciaországban élt, hazatérését követően Budapesten alkotott. 1944-ben
öngyilkos lett.
