Csodálatos festmény, bizonyàra egy igen tehetséges festőművész alkotàsa, 1940ből. Valószínűleg egy nyaraló épülete,egy nagy teraszról, nyàri hangulatban. (Balaton?) A festményen,közelről nèzve kisebb foltok, elsősorban kosz/por foltok làthatóak, tisztítandó festmény, valószínűleg egy restaurátor szépen meg tudja tisztítani. Jelezve jobb oldalon lent, ėvszámmal. Gyönyörű festmény, egy régi fa lapra van kasírozva, a festmény hátáról le van szakadva a vėdőpapír, innen kerūlhetett kosz ès por az üveg alá. Nagyon szép,üvegezett antik keretben, keretezett mérete: 52,5 X 42,5 cm.
