A megvásárolt termékek átvétele történhet személyesen vagy előre utalással postai úton. Személyes átvételre Budapesten van lehetőség, a belföldre történő szállítást pedig a Galéria Futár végzi. A szállítási költség minden esetben a vevőt terheli.
Kérjük vásárlóinkat, hogy a vásárlást követően, de legkésőbb 3 munkanapon belül vegyék fel velünk a kapcsolatot, és jelezzék vételi szándékukat. Amennyiben többszöri megkeresés után sem történik meg a termék kifizetése, fenntartjuk a jogot annak újraindítására.
A vásárlási szándéktól való elállást a termék kézhezvételét követő 14 napon belül kell jelezni, lehetőleg írásban. A termék visszaküldésekor a szállítási költség a vevőt terheli.
