Automatic positive feedback in case of a successful transaction

Regardless of whether a user participates in the transaction as a seller or buyer, feedback is of great importance at Galeria Savaria.

The more positive reviews are collected by a user, the more likely their future buyers or sellers will do business with them. Also, in case of a seller, the system of Galeria Savaria can reward the seller’s performance based on this.

In case of a seller, it may happen that even though the seller does their best to ensure that the customer gets excellent service and can be absolutely satisfied with the purchase, the customer simply fails to submit the feedback. The buyer might not see its significance or simply forgets to submit their feedback.

For buyers, it’s also of great importance that transactions don’t remain without feedback, as sellers can later use these ratings to check someone before doing business with them.

It’s unfair to any user to miss a well-deserved positive review, so our rating system was expanded with the following:

If a user rates a transaction with positive feedback in 21 days and the other partner does not indicate that they are dissatisfied with the purchase, then on the 45th day after the purchase, the user leaving feedback will automatically receive positive feedback. Similarly to other reviews, the feedback will appear on the user’s profile page with an added automatic feedback caption.

Please note that no automatic feedback is applied if the feedback was subsequently changed to positive.
