What is the detailed feedback (star ratings)?

We consider it important to ensure that the community of Galeria Savaria gets the most comprehensive picture of sellers, therefore, when leaving feedback, in addition to the selection of a rating and a giving written description, buyers can rate the sellers based on 4 further aspects.

Scoring takes place on a scale from 1 to 5 with stars and focuses on the following questions:
- How accurate was the item’s description?
- How satisfied were you with the communication?
- How fast was the shipping?
- How reasonable was the shipping fee?

The detailed reviews are aggregated and displayed on the seller’s profile page. Sellers who continuously achieve high scores can later become distinguished sellers, which allows them to receive discounts.
