Why can I only give a positive feedback as a seller after a successful transaction?

It is important for us that the feedback given on Galeria Savaria would provide a real picture about the members of the community. Therefore, it is particularly important that we create the necessary conditions for users to give accurate feedback in connection with purchases. If the reviews give a distorted, untrue picture of a user, our system for filtering out incorrect users cannot work effectively.

During a purchase, a buyer has a single obligation: to pay for the product. Once this is done, the buyer has fulfilled all their obligations. If the buyer fails to do this, the transaction will not be completed, that is, the seller must rate the transaction as failed.

Otherwise, the seller could use neutral or negative feedback as a tool against a buyer, in case the buyer would legitimately rate the transaction as not positive.

What can I do if I am not satisfied with the buyer?
