Can reviews be removed?

Feedback is one of the cornerstones of Galeria Savaria, enabling members of the community to get a picture of other users, and the reviews can reinforce trust and help them decide who they want to do business with. We know how important is the reputation built at Galeria Savaria to you. 

We consider transparency and open communication important and respect the right of users to express their opinions. Galeria Savaria does not intend to modify, censor or remove feedback, but there may be some exceptional cases where Galeria Savaria will exercise its right to modify or remove feedback.

If you are not satisfied with the feedback you received, you can choose from the following options:

» Contact the user and try to resolve the issue together. If the case is resolved, the user who has given the feedback may correct the feedback to a positive rating in 60 days.

» You have the opportunity to respond to a neutral or negative review. The answer will appear directly on your profile under the feedback of your partner, thus the members of the community can get a comprehensive picture of what happened during the arrangement of the transaction.
