What is a private purchase?
At Galeria Savaria we don't display the buyer's username on the item's page, however after rating a transaction some details become available on the user profile to others.
In case the feedback is received by a seller, the buyer's username is hidden in the feedback details. If you receive the feeedback as a buyer, the item code becomes hidden. This on its own means a high form of anonymity.
It may occur that during a purchase of a higher value, or in case of expanding a collection or purchasing a gift, an even higher form of anonymity is required, so we made it possible for buyers to use the private mark.
If the buyer marks a purchase as private, the subject of the transaction becomes hidden not only on the buyer's profile, but on the seller's profile as well, and also the feedback score of the buyer on the seller's profile.
How can I mark a purchase as private?
- Go to My Gallery.
- Click on Purchased items menu option.
- Choose the Mark as private in the More actions dropdown menu.
A total of 50 purchases can be marked as private in a month, to extend the limit please contact our customer support.
