I have changed my mind – can I cancel a purchase?

The buyer is obliged to take over and the seller is obliged to hand over the item purchased. However, sometimes it may happen that the parties are unable to complete the transaction. In this case, the transaction must be rated as failed and the user leaving the feedback must explain why they have decided to cancel the transaction.

Although it is obvious, we strongly draw the attention of users to the fact that they can buy or sell an item only if they can complete the transaction. This is important, as we log failed transactions, and if the system defines that a user participates in a significant number of failed transactions, their user status will be permanently restricted.
