I cannot reach the seller, or the seller doesn’t send the purchased item, what should I do?

The email address and phone number forwarded by Galeria Savaria is always real. Users are unable to register to the online marketplace of Galeria Savaria with a fake phone number or email.

If the seller does not hand over the item purchased, we regard it as one of the most serious offenses of our online marketplace. The situation is even worse if the customer has already paid for the item in the meantime.

If there is a problem with the seller and the arrangement of the transaction, we recommend that you contact the user in the last message and remind them that under the policies of Galeria Savaria, they are obliged to hand over the item purchased. Determine a deadline that can serve as a reference for you and the seller and strongly emphasize to the other party to settle the transaction as soon as possible. If a user violates the rules of Galeria Savaria and fails to complete the transaction, we may penalize the violation with a permanent ban.
