Arnold Gross (1929-2015) talks about friendship. Etching reproduction, large offset print, marked on the print, signed/signed lower right gross arnold. The title of the picture is indicated at the bottom left. Image/print size: 42x64 cm, framed size: 53.5x73.5 cm. In the modern frame shown in the picture. Gross referred to these printing technique reproductions as facsimile graphics and signed them in his own hand. This large-scale reproduction is rarely available, mostly at auctions.
Arnold Gross (Torda, 1929 – Budapest, 2015) is a Hungarian graphic designer. He escaped from Romania to Hungary in 1947. In 1955 and 1967 he was awarded the Münkacsy Prize, in 1987 he was awarded the title of Merited Artist, and in 1995 he was awarded the Kossuth Prize.
