What images can I attach to the message?

You can easily attach images through the messaging system of Galeria Savaria during your conversations, which does not only facilitate communication between the partners, but before purchasing, the seller can provide more visual information to the potential buyer to make the decision about the purchase.

Below we have collected what you should pay attention to when using the image attachment feature.

Regular pre-purchase message exchange:
» You may only attach pictures to the message that depict or closely relate to the item in question. For example, the seller can send detailed photos of the item to the user.

Transactional conversation:
» You can only attach a picture to the message that depicts the item in question or closely relates to the transaction (e.g.: proof of shipping or bank transfer).

It is not permitted to attach a picture to the message - not even for presentation purposes - that depicts another item. If you have a conversation with the user about purchasing another item, additional items should be listed to the marketplace of Galeria Savaria.

Images attached to the message are stored on the servers of Galeria Savaria and are available to the customer support.
